Wheeler Elementary, dedicated to lifelong learning for all, will guarantee that each student develops character traits and masters knowledge and skills necessary for personal excellence and responsible citizenship by providing a world-class educational community with diverse programs and effective practices designed to engage and challenge all learners through a committed partnership of all stakeholders.
Since we opened in 2000, we have been committed to providing the best educational opportunities possible for all of our 650 students. With a variety of special programs, including kindergarten through fifth grade, it is our hope that each child feel welcome, supported, and encouraged to be their best!
School begins at 8:30 Monday through Friday. Dismissal is 3:30 every day except Wednesday.
Wednesday dismissal is 2:30.
Breakfast is served daily beginning at 8:15.
